With a background in psychiatric nursing, Hillary has extensive experience advocating for her patient’s physical and emotional well-being. She integrates these skills into the counseling process to guide clients in establishing and maintaining healthy lifestyles. Mike also works with all women’s health and wellness issues to help them use their strengths and influence to impact their relationships and marriages toward greater satisfaction and happiness.

We become partners with you in therapy.  We can help you set realistic and achievable goals to promote overall wellness and also coordinate your care with other professionals as necessary. Therapy sessions are always conducted in a safe environment leading to healing and personal growth.
